Why it matters to your organisation
Employers must make adequate and appropriate first aid arrangements under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981. Practical training helps teams respond calmly and confidently. Choose training using your employer’s first aid needs assessment; a course alone is not a complete first aid provision.

Victoria reviews your group, location and requirements. Dates, delivery arrangements, the total fee and any qualification, assessment or certificate details are confirmed with you before you agree to book. Submitting a request does not reserve a place or take payment.
Who registers and awards qualifying first aid courses?
Qualifying first aid courses booked directly with Happy Mind Medic are registered through NucoPlus / Nuco Training. Where applicable, FAA awards the regulated qualification.
Happy Mind Medic delivers your training; it does not award the regulated qualification. Course-specific assessment and certificate details are confirmed before booking.
How do I know whether this course fits my role?
Full Paediatric First Aid and Emergency Paediatric First Aid are separate courses, not interchangeable duration options. If your setting asks for full PFA, do not assume an emergency course will meet that request.
